Sessions and Trial Assessments

  • We offer free trial assessments to help place new students with the most suitable class/tutor.
  • If your child needs to miss a class, please provide 1 or more weeks’ notice so we can reschedule the session at no cost.
  • If notice is given with less than one week, we will still do our best to accommodate, though a make-up cannot be guaranteed.
  • If we ever cancel or reschedule a class on our end, families may choose between a make-up class, credit, or a full refund.

Our ‘Every Student Guarantee’

  • We stand by the quality of our teaching, on the basis of goodwill. If you’re not satisfied, simply let us know what went wrong and we will offer a replacement tutor or class, completely free of charge.
  • If your child is still not benefiting from our program after this, we will issue a FULL refund.
  • If you aren’t satisfied, you don’t pay.

Payments and Refunds

  • Term Payments: Fees are charged per school term, or pro rata for mid-term starts.
  • Holiday Programs: Available separately on request or opt-in.
  • Invoices: Sent at the end of each term for the following term.
  • To opt out of the next term, please notify us before Week 10 to avoid invoicing or being billed (if on auto-pay).
  • If you’d like to spread out your payments, simply email or text us and we’ll tailor a plan that works for you.

Child Safety and Communication

  • To ensure the safety of all students and comply with regulatory standards, all communication between staff, students and parents must take place via our official channels only. We are unable to monitor or take responsibility for conversations that occur outside these platforms.

Surcharges and Notices

  • A 1.8% card surcharge applies unless payment is made in cash before the due billing cycle.
  • Families are notified of any balance adjustments with 14 or more days’ notice via email.

Cancellations

  • You can cancel at any time using our Cancellation Form.
  • As our tutors set aside time and prepare lessons in advance – often turning away other students on our waitlist – a $50 admin fee applies to in-term cancellations without reasonable prior notice. This helps cover preparation time and ensures our team is supported in managing last-minute changes.
  • Refunds for any unattended classes will then be processed via the original payment method.
